Payment
Space Denmark accepts online payments with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. Payment will be deducted from your account as soon as the payment is completed. All amounts on the invoice are inclusive of VAT. Space Denmark uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK). Space Denmark uses a secure payment server (pensopay) that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Right of Withdrawal
For private consumers, a 14-day full right of return is given on physical goods, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are borne by you. The desire for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our hands no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. The desire to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to kontakt@spacedenmark.dk. In the message, it must be clearly stated that you wish to use the right of withdrawal.
Delayed Invoice Delivery
Space Denmark provides a warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects or deficiencies that are discovered upon receipt of the invoice amount and content. The warranty does not cover errors that arise directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal inspection of the service must be notified to the supplier within a reasonable time. In connection with warranty cases, the supplier bears return costs to a reasonable extent. A 2-year warranty is given to private consumers on physical products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Space Denmark within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs. The warranty lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can submit the complaint to Forbrugerklagenævnet. It is generally a prerequisite for complaining that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. The amount limits may change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
