2. What personal data we collect
- Name, email, possibly phone number, possibly title, possibly organisation, and information about consent and other details you provide when signing up for Space Denmark.
- Name, email, possibly organisation, and the content of your inquiry if you contact Space Denmark.
- Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Information necessary to provide the services you sign up for, including events, international delegations, and meetings.
3. Why we process your data
We process information about you in order to provide the services you have signed up for or requested.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your contact details provided in that context solely to deliver the newsletter.
If you become a member of Space Denmark, we will use your data to provide the membership benefits we offer, including delivering newsletters and information about events and international delegations.
4. Who your information is shared with

If you sign up for an event or an international delegation trip, your details will only be shared with co-organisers to facilitate the event or trip.
5. How long we keep your data
For active membership or other customer relationships, your data will be stored as long as necessary to provide the services you have signed up for and ensure proper administration of your membership. This will typically be the duration of your membership plus 2-3 months. However, in accordance with the rules in the Danish Bookkeeping Act, we are obliged to store certain purchase information for up to 6 years.
When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, the related data will be deleted immediately upon cancellation.
